Karen Lutz is an E-RYT 500, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher who has completed a 500-hour training requirement officially registered with Yoga Alliance. She has guided over 5,000 students.
Here's a testimonial from one of them:
"I practiced yoga for over 40 years. During that time I've enjoyed some excellent teachers but, without doubt, Karen Lutz is the finest. After a second knee replacement followed by the recommended course of physical therapy, I felt the need for some individual attention. My PT concentrated mainly on my surgical leg, not my entire body.
Karen welcomed this challenge. Her knowledge of both anatomy and yoga helped immensely to bring my whole body into alignment. It was especially great to be able to strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups which differed from one session to the next as swelling receded.
Karen has made my recovery remarkable."

A MESSAGE FROM KAREN
I am so grateful to the many students who have shared yoga with me over the past years.
All my teachings are based on Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on honoring the way we feel. We link our flow of breathing to the physical and internal cues that bring in more balance, strength and flexibility.
The combination of effort and ease to balance body and mind. We practice with Ahimsa, do no harm starts within each one of us.
May everyone enjoy a fruitful practice.
"Spending time practicing yoga with Karen gets my day started on a positive note!” .

"Like Tree Pose, Karen has helped us to grow roots and to send out new branches -
both to balance our lives and to strengthen our souls."
