For more than 20 years, Balance Yoga with Karen has been helping seniors, to loosen their bodies, breathe and take back the years. She is an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) who has completed the 500-hour training requirement and is officially registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has guided over 5,000 students.
I am so grateful to the many who have enjoyed Seniors Yoga with me over the past years.
All my teachings are based on Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on honoring the way we feel. We link our flow of breathing to the physical and internal cues that bring in more balance, strength and flexibility.
The combination of effort and ease to balance body and mind. We practice with Ahimsa, do no harm starts within each one of us.
